Terms of Service

By submitting a route request, booking transportation, or using services provided by Clear Route Transport, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Clear Route Transport provides private reservation based transportation services for pre scheduled routes and approved transportation requests. Clear Route Transport is not a rideshare service and does not provide guaranteed on demand transportation.

Submitting a route availability request does not guarantee booking. All bookings are subject to route availability, scheduling approval, and payment confirmation. Availability may change at any time until payment has been successfully completed.

Routes are only considered officially reserved once payment has been completed and confirmation has been provided by Clear Route Transport. Invoices must be paid within the provided payment window in order to hold the requested route and schedule. Unpaid invoices may result in the route becoming unavailable.

Pricing displayed on the website reflects standard route pricing. Additional pricing adjustments may apply depending on distance, timing, multiple passengers, extended routes, or special scheduling requests.

Clear Route Transport understands that emergencies and unexpected situations may occasionally occur. Clients are asked to provide as much advance notice as possible for cancellations or schedule changes. Repeated late cancellations, missed pickups, or last minute changes may result in cancellation fees, denial of future bookings, or removal from scheduling priority. Cancellation situations may be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup location at the confirmed pickup time and are expected to behave respectfully and safely during transportation services. Clear Route Transport reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior occurs.

Clear Route Transport may provide arrival and drop off notifications through text communication when applicable. Drivers may visually confirm that a passenger has entered the designated destination area before leaving the location. Passengers must be capable of entering the destination independently unless otherwise arranged in advance.

While every effort is made to maintain reliable and timely transportation, delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. Clear Route Transport is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of reasonable operational control.

By submitting information or booking transportation services, you consent to receive communication related to your booking and transportation services via phone call or text message. Message and data rates may apply.

Accepted payment methods may include Stripe invoices, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. Payment methods may be updated or changed at any time.

Clear Route Transport is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transportation delays, cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of the website or transportation services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
